Somehow I seriously doubt that adding a chip to a driver's license or other Govt. ID with an encrypted code on it is quite what the Bible was talking about in Revelations.
I would be all for this EXCEPT:
Requiring a universal ID to Vote is part of Universal ID to buy and sell.
Next step is defeating ID Fraud.
To defeat that, a Mark, Electronic Tag or similar device will be substituted for the Photo ID.
Then the BEAST will require his mark in order to buy or sell.
Getting that mark will doom your soul to eternal Hell, Lake of Fire.
