The beginning of the trial SHALL BE January 7. If the House is not ready to present it's evidence on that date, an immediate dismissal is in order for lack of evidence.
I don't understand how she can legally hold an impeachment resolution that the House passed. The rules need to change immediately! SCOTUS needs to intervene if Senate won't do their job.
There's nothing I would like to see more than a dishonorably discharged crackhead like Hunter Biden explain why he deserved $83,000 a month to serve on the board of an oil and gas company doing business in Ukraine. Plus, there would be a nice opportunity to subpoena his financial records.
