The left's defense of Biden is "everyone wanted Shokin gone", but when did Congress give Biden the authority to withhold vitally needed duly designated Congressional funding to Ukraine? Obama had no Authority if Trump doesn't. Also, what was the vote count, by party, of the authorization of that billion of our dollars?
