I'll start caring when I stop seeing government/schools leaving lights on 24/7. My school is closed for the break yet their field has the massive spotlights on at night using more energy in a day then my home lights do all year.
Yeah, Trump said he was doing this at the Grand Rapids rally. Said he didn't like them because they made him look orange LOL! But Mr. President, Orange Man GOOD!
BTW the old light bulbs were so much better--the light was a warm glow, not a cold white glare.
With Home Depot and Walmart, buy new ones and then return the bad ones in the new box for a refund. Few of them last as long as the warranty. Same thing with Home Depot Chinese faucets. They aren't repairable so just buy the one that looks similar and return the broken one.

Sometimes they do this when the days get shorter to trick the grass into staying green and keep growing. It's gotta look good for football.
We'd all be using LED bulbs right now if they hadn't forced us to spend money on those shitty spiral fluorescent bulbs filled with poison.
Too line Al Gore's pockets.

You can buy "warm" LED lights.
It's not the same.
Lots of what about ism’s in here. :)
I believe in more freedom. Almost all my house is LEDs, less energy, less heat (live in the desert) and they lost longer. Win for me!
It should be your choice, that's the point.
I'd just like to get something that's not from china, and lasts as long as the packaging says it will.
Something that doesn't catch on fire in my kids' bathroom would be nice, too.
Home Depot, I am looking at you.

Didn't know that. Thanks.
