Former army, I have envisioned exactly how the conversation would go with my first line leaders. Mostly, a lot of us like minded people giving each other the “fuck this shit” look, then a private conversation on how to make “fuck this shit” a reality.

Problem is, not everyone thinks like us and order would break down quick
