I read an MSM article that claims this letter is "incoherent." However, the only thing incoherent was the chop job the reporter and editors did to it, when reporting on it.
As for the SOTU address, he can hold it from anywhere. Having it in the House is opening it up to the kind of circus that the Democrats ginned up for the Kavanaugh hearing. We do not need that kind of undignified theater from the Democrats.
