The key questions are: Did the companies receive any taxpayer funds or loans? Did the politician parent(s) receive any money of any type from thrse companies? Biden got a big 'consulting fee', but if it was after he left office, it might not be technically illegal.

One thing is for sure... we need tougher laws.
