Ricky can be a loud jerkoff, as that's kinda the basis for a lot of his personality, but he KNOWS that, and he plays it into his comedy. It's how I can so often laugh at someone who is so often diametrically opposed to things that I agree with, politically, spiritually, etc. And all things considered, even though he and I do disagree so much, he seems a man who respects our fundamental right TO disagree, and that's really all I need.
You nailed it. The guy is smart and I whether or not I agree with him, I do think that he came by his opinions honestly. I can at least respect that, unlike that guy who's political opinions are all based off of what Bernie and Snopes told him.
