That makes me think... if the cops show up to a domestic, what do they do if the male appearing person says 'she' identifies as female? They can't arrest 'her' because women are always the victims. Right? What say you feminists?
It's the athletics and sports' standards bodies that should be adopting these (very sensible) laws to prevent sports, specifically women's sports, from driven into the ground. I'm pretty sure nobody will pay money to see a biological man compete in women's sports.
i'm not sure why our laws aren't like this to begin with. i thought it was already since I remember when forms would ask for SEX with M or F selections. It's almost like a group of people with an agenda went around changing all that.
Remember when we mocked East Germany and Russia for entering women in sports competition on massive levels of testosterone and/or men dressed as women? Jim Carrey had a whole shtick with a female weight lifter w. a mustache. Everyone deserves an equal shot in this country, but men vs. women in competitive sports is straight up anti-female.
