In fact, scratch that. Don't base it on race, just income. But, make some provision for poor rural Americans who don't live close to typical educational opportunities. Tired of seeing my people dying of opioid OD and just isolation from opportunity. Economy is doing great but it's mainly service sector. "You weren't supposed to stay in service sector through your 20's!" I understand that. Doesn't help those of us, though, who through whatever combination of bad luck, bad choices, bad surroundings, bad timing, bad policies that rewarded people based on melatonin content or refugee status (or being a felon), moved ahead while us and ours were left behind. "Just hurry up and die, you chose wrong" isn't really a winning policy for re-election.
