“Bill filed”...... means nothing. Democrats don’t control the state. They got a Democrat governor but the Republicans still control the legislature. This won’t pass.

This! I keep seeing concern postings about this filing, but its chances of passage are mostly impossible. We get bizarre things like this every two years in Texas, too. They have no chance.
