"It is more difficult for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven."

You would do well to remember these words.

Mark 10:25....It is EASIER for a camel to pass through the eye of the needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

the gist being "rich" has no bearing on your salvation.

I know your quote is correct, and I’m not being argumentative, but I think that the logic of the verse speaks against the rich man.

  1. “Camel through eye of needle” = impossibly hard, i.e. NOT Easy.

  2. “Rich man into heaven” = SO HARD that “Camel thru eye of needle” is comparatively EASY.

Ex: it is easier to juggle 10 chainsaws than it is to become President of the United States.

You think “juggling 10 chainsaws” is tough, well, “becoming president” makes that seem relatively easy.

Because becoming president is so much harder.

Speaking strictly to the logic of the verse.
