The sci-fi novel Caliphate portrays what happens when such a shift in demographics takes place. IIRC in that fictional story the future US kind of "took over" Canada. Hmm, I need to reread that novel.

Thanks for the pointer. I do not use FB much except for following remote family and authors. Will definitely follow this author. Pulled the book off the shelf for a quick reread too.
