Idk. I truely believe Russia is 90% bs. When I was in uniform a few years ago we found out theough some allied sources that they only had one (very old and busted) tanker for air to air refueling. Pilots typically train once in their career for that event because of budget constraints. That, and the vast majority of their nuke silos were found to be either full of trash or filled with water. Smoke and mirrors in my eye. China on the other hand. Infinite budget, dictoral power, and a belief that all human life is expendable makes for probably the toughest enemy in human history.

They tried to steal the 35 and failed even worse. I just think militarily, ol' Putin would need decades of rerouting money to be on par with us and others.
