But, in their defense, all the IQ stuff, far as I can tell, is bullshit. Childhood nutrition, lead in water, etc. The violence is cultural and can be remedied. But not if you pansies are too afraid to mention it.

(10h) Do not act the Good Samaritan to blacks in apparent distress, e.g., on the highway.
(10i) **If accosted by a strange black in the street, (do not under any circumstances, thug out and throw a bottle through their windshield), smile and say something polite but keep moving.
