Large groups of minorities, esp black, I'm fucking tellin ya,, definitely a higher chance bullets gonna fly or eventually someone will start "wildin out'.
But, in their defense, all the IQ stuff, far as I can tell, is bullshit. Childhood nutrition, lead in water, etc. The violence is cultural and can be remedied. But not if you pansies are too afraid to mention it.
