Ridiculous that it's even at this point. You shouldn't have to pass a law over something that, on every damn level, should be a no-brainer. But then again, how'd we get to this point? Maybe things like giving out participation trophies and going so far out of our way to not offend someone (bullshit PC culture)that we have to put common sense on the shelf wasnt the answer. Need a huge dose of ACTUAL reality before things get better for those ladies getting robbed.
