Easy way around that: make it a generic app for Reddit-derived platforms.
TD.w is based on an open source. Presuming that it is being used by others, and there's an API that can be used by a mobile app, any app doesn't have to to be specific to TD.w.
If you guys are ever looking to build native and official apps, I'd be happy to contribute to the iOS version. Salaried developer, not a rookie.
