That's not an accurate definition of fascism. It's privately-owned companies that are heavily regulated and are told how much to produce, how much to sell it for, etc. It's a centrally planned economy, i.e. socialism.

Under fascism, government owns the corporations. Under communism, there are no corporations. What the US has concerning corporate lobbying is troubling, but it's not fascism.
