and
"intending to employ such training for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder"?
The quoted text changes the meaning. Why are people acting like it's simply outlawing martial arts and teaching your kid to shoot? That's ridiculous.
That said, the law is stupid because then all they have to do is define "civil disorder" as a citizen using or practicing with their firearm, or having a dojo. So that's a valid reason to oppose IMHO
It's like the "mental health" gun confiscation law concept that so many on the right are for some reason fellating. Once that's a law, all they have to do is define being a Republican as a symptom of a mental health disorder, and bang, no more guns.
