Their parents broke laws. Most, made 0 attempt to fix that. Their kids supported them. Their kids want to continue their parents crimes. They will become anchors for more. Fuck DACA. The only solution is out. I worked for years to get my wife here legally. Seeing her citizen ceremony was one of the proudest days of my life. We were both well below the poverty line, no chance of attending college etc. Today, we own an amazing home, have two intelligent young boys being raised by their loving parents and a father at home. Life is what you make it pedes. No free rides.
Same with my great grandparents, from Germany. They did it the legal way, became tax paying American citizens. They worked hard, and paid their own way in life. That’s the way it works, when a country NEEDS more citizens, the process will go quickly for useful, qualified people. When every unqualified leech and their mother begins sneaking in, the place gets overcrowded, and we no longer NEED more citizens. Suddenly, it becomes charity on our part, just to let qualified people in. Suddenly the process takes 10 or 20 years.
“Chong immigrated from South Korea at 6 and founded the RU Dreamers organization at Rutgers.”
Looks like you’ve already lived quite a long dream on the backs of Americans, and helped many others do the same. Time for everyone to go HOME now, and come back through the correct legal channel.
Unbelievable, this program was supposed to end over 2 years ago. Trump gave Congress 6 months to come up with a better deal to save the Dreamers after he ended it. Congress did nothing for them. It’s over, send them home and quit dragging out this process in the courts.

Good thing for her, China is a relatively short flight from South Korea.

All this time being fine in limbo land. No effort to file correct papers or trying to make it right.
