For instance: we could make a list what the most important things are that everyone can do for this election (from easy and quick to do tasks to elaborate actions). With a little timeframe for each task, so we can estimate how much time we spent per task. So it's not just donating money but also time. Who would be up for it?
We could even turn it into a challenge, to sprinkle a little competition in it and make it more fun.
