Hate to be the one to break this to you, but the judiciary straight up shoves 2A cases into purgatory and ignores them whenever possible, and activist judges rife throughout the system do their level best to work with either Local DAs or State AGs to make sure their own political sponsors and allies aren't caught on the back foot by 2A cases overturning their hard work.

And unlike Progressive actors willing to play the role of villain to force a sue and settle type scenario, conservatives have no one to collude with to force cases through because those necessary to such schemes more often have actual principles that make such practices immoral and subversive to what they believe is the purpose of their vocation and calling.

This of course doesn't apply to rubber stamping of big pharma or ATF / FBI cowboy fuck ups by Uniparty big party suck ups posing as conservatives - but those fucks will never rock the boat unless their masters say boo, and they dont' give a fuck about political capital diminishing 2A causes.

That would take a lot of money and ironically, you would be shot if you got close to winning.
