At this point, it would be an even sadder story for multiple killers to be working the nursing homes of San Diego, but sure its a possibility. Details will hopefully come out at trial, employment records of these facilities are an easy one for police to followup on and investigate.

He’s not even a nurse so if this is legit he’s gravely abusing his position as an auditor at a nursing home.
