If name is correct, I think this is a LARPer -- he's shown as an "Internal Auditor" at a medical care group. That is NOT a nursing position, nor is it a patient care position. Most likely it's a POS who is working around a nursing home that is toying with his fantasies and talking about them on Reddit.
It still merits investigation, but my gut tells me that he's just yet another blowhard LARPer. I hope to God I'm right, otherwise this guy has pretty much crossed the "Worse Than Stalin" line (ok, that's hyperbole, Stalin was much worse, obviously).
Every person with a family member who might have died due to negligence deserves a definitive answer as to whether or not this is legit. The care home and their insurance company need to know, so they can take action to indemnify themselves from lawsuits. If this guy likes jokes, I got one for him. It goes like this:
"Knock knock"
"Who's there?"
"Your new cellmate. Have fun LARPing as a prison bitch."
