Certain types of dementia removes a persons inhibitions. Frequently old men with dementia from the nursing home would come into the ER and try to grab nurses boobs, talk dirty etc.

My grandmother had it...would grab male nurses' ass, so not just with men.
If he has dementia, I hope he is out of the public eye before he starts making animal noises and forgets how to speak.
Rather hear him cluck like a chicken...complete with strutting around.
