What Trump is doing is brilliant. Because proof doesn't matter to these people (only public perception), he is using the Left's own tactic against them. By forcing the media to constantly talk about the issues he wants from tweets, he frames it in any way he wants.
For example, he speaks about him being spied on, the media constantly mocks him for it being a lie. He continues down that route getting more specific with the who's, and the media ridicules the idea that they are the ones who spied. He elaborates on the how and why, the media ridicules the purported motives of those who spied. Do you see? First they said there was no spying, then they conceded there was spying but it wasn't the accused. Then they conceded the accused did spy, but it was all above board and justified. Then they concede that it wasn't above board, but it was contained to a few people. Trump is shaping public opinion for everyone to accept the incoming charges. Sure, he has the proof, but public perception is the key. Comey, Clapper, Brenner, Strzok, Schiff, McCabe, Rice, Page, et al don't have the messiah status with the useful idiots. The FBI and DOJ must be cleaned up before the rule of law can actually be depended on. This is an active problem that must be dealt with now, and it won't result in earth-shattering cognitive dissonance with the Left. Obama is too high up their hierarchy, and must be chipped away very gradually.
And like I said before, the birth certificate validity was already exposed by Sheriff Arpaio with ample evidence, and no one outside the know seemed to care or notice. Trump's method if trickle truth is the safest method for the Cold Civil War we're in to remain cold.
