This is not what it seems - IMHO-I read it as 'honorary' that she speaks at graduation. Bet the '$$honorarium' goes straight to cancun or swiss bank acct. Given scrutiny of the foundations used as personal piggy banks- they needed a new way to funnel $$ to Clintons. Wonder how many off shore appointments she /Bill/Chelsea will get???
