I just hope this shit gets enforced in some manner. Winning a lawsuit would be a start. But I can already see my commie state doing everything they can to not comply. It would take something like the military being sent in to accompany ICE and the local law enforcement that's willing to help. I just dont see how we're gonna get this done without violence (which I'm not advocating).
DHS can state that a licence issued by say New York or California is not acceptable as Federal proof of identity - Can't be used for identification or at TSA when traveling - That will piss off all the legal citizens (voters) and residents right in an election year
The TSA thing is a given, but I'm just curious how anything else would be enforced.
Executive order states the following state ID's are not acceptable as identification
Federal regulators - these are not acceptable ID's
No regulated entity can accept them, Banks, Hospitals, Federal Buildings, Courts, Border Crossings, TSA, Immigration, Certain Insurance Companies
Just enough to piss off every citizen voter
