THEN, the Proud Boys showed up to protect these older residents of PDX so they could speak their mind at their own damn city! Portland is overhwelmingly progressive and Democrat but there's still tens or hundreds of thousands of Republicans and conservatives here..or just people who disagree with the direction this metro is taking(or state, since portland metro controls the entire state due to population) and want a decent place to just express themselves without fear of having urine or bricks thrown at them by a literal mob of homeless trustfundy tweeker shitheads.

The price gets high enough maybe Antifa will realize this isn't LARP. Once they start suffering long term casualties for their evil behavior all the fun will go out of "Black Block". It absolutely serves the guy right. He was willing to attempt the murder of another person. Shame is he didn't end up in the Cemetery. He didn't get hit hard enough! If we bury a few Antifa it will not be soon enough for these gangs of terrorists.
I think that the Proud Boys should anticipate the disarming next time and station supporters who rearm them just as they leave the secured area. Antifa meets real force it will be so much fun to watch. Even just Bear Mace or some shields and poles would do. Please use force only in self defense but nothing would suit me more than to see Antifa take a well aimed volley of gunfire that lays down 5 or 6 of them at one go and suddenly Antifa would not be sexy anymore.
Basically, let people speak. Go back to being Classical Liberals, and not fascist thugs beating old people in the name of 'anti-fascism' and all this pain goes away. This is America where we are free to publicly discuss politics and have a contest of ideas. Words are not violence. And violence shouldn't be used to silence words. Simple.
