This is what actual winning looks like. Impetus to leave? Check. Let's make it so. They don't want us there, we don't want to be there, and we now have an excuse that looks reasonable to leave.

It wasn't "the Iraqis", it was the Shiite MPs. The Sunni Iraqi and Kurdish MPs didn't even show up.
