Has it been said it was a Non-binding vote? It's now up to the Iraqi government to decide. Could take months. Sources say major blocs of Sunnis and Kurds boycotted. Kurdistan can out right reject? Vote was to save face with Iran. Good PR for Iran.

I think the sunnis are the ones who want us out, because it creates more space for ISIS to come back. Shia are the minority and would've preferred we stay.
