The state seriously needs to offload tens of millions of persons to save their environment. The place is crawling with people and the wilderness of dead and dying microclimates is full of the homeless of the wilds and remotes. Sunken toothless peoples, turned into mummy zombies, the ratchet Wild West version of shit shows, everywhere.
