Edit: The only reason why anyone would ever leave his room crying before sex acts (and not crying after from shame) was probably because he asked for something more depraved than they imagined. But they absolutely knew it was about sex.
It's more nuanced than that. I'm sure many, if not most of these Hollywood thots are more than willing to suck an old dick for easy advancement, but the problem is the ones who are unwilling and would rather just work hard and advance through merits are blackballed if they refuse. The Hollywood cabal member just tells them "every big producer in this country is a fellow creep and/or pedophile, one word from me and you will never work in this industry, ever" and they either suck the dick or have their dreams destroyed forever. Imagine being blackballed from your entire industry simply for not wanting to chew some 70 year old hag's carpet. If there was any justice in the world, 90% of Pedowood would be thrown in a Turkish prison for life.
