A judicial system inefficiency problem has now cascaded into being a policing problem. The result will be more criminals fleeing in cars knowing that police will not chase them. Nobody is safer because of this.
Atlanta needs a three strikes law to get repeat offenders permanently out of circulation.
No , this is just for car crashes, and she is right, cops and civilians get killed, and we can track the bad guys other ways, most of this is over auto theft, not worth it

This is why the "inner city" always turns into a cesspool:
(1) the Dems run on a partisan racist platform dividing the community and blaming the problems on race/whites,
(2) they get elected, take over all areas of government and administration with their ideological appointees,
(3) implement their "compassionate" but racist policies that all minorities/blacks are either falsely accused or forced into being criminals by white-racism,
(4) they are actively soft on crime, release criminals, and minimize all criminal deterrents (especially for minority criminials),
(5) the minority criminals are released back into the minority neighborhoods which inevitably leads to an environment of criminality which progressively corrupts the youth driving them more and more towards a life of crime,
(6) as it reaches a fever pitch there is virtually no chance the community youth will not be drawn into crime, and now you have a community in which
(a) crime is out of control,
(b) the majority of criminals are minorities,
(c) the overall local sentiment is fed-up with crime...
(7) it's a self-fulfilling prophecy:
(d) the consequences for serious crimes are increasingly severe,
(e) the crime statistics are showing a racial bias (exactly what the Dems wanted),
(f) and the area has become virtually unlivable; NO ONE wants to live there,and EVERY ONE who can is leaving (inverse segregation),
(8) now your Dems are campaigning on
(g) actual statistical "evidence" of "systemic racism" in the police (many of whom are also minority/black),
(h) segregated communities, and
(k) acknowledging the (localized) reality that most of the criminals are minority/black is now proof of racism.;
(9) now you "need" the Dems even more for their:
(l) "sensible gun-control" (which only makes things worse),
(m) "stand against racism" (which they are causing),
(n) "soft-on-crime criminal reforms" (to maintain the status quo),
(o) "1950's de-segregation efforts" to fix the problem of racist 'segregated communities' (which have occurred post civil-war and post civil-segregation somehow), and
(p) their "Hate Crime" legislation.
(10) Not only do the problems continue, but things get much worse as the Dems solidify their hold. You can't escape!:
(q) You think crime will get better? Nope, the Police are all "racists" even the minority/black ones; they are the enemy, they are not safe or welcome in your community to handle crime, and even if they do the liberal/Democrat judges will save YOUR CRIMINALS from there racist charges!
(r) You think one day when you get the money, you will move out of the nightmare community and into a neighborhood with less crime? Nope, Segregation and "de-Segregation Laws"; they will ship the inner-city to you and your children to the inner-city with all of its crime and problems.
(s) You think that the elected administration will eventually get enough resources directed at the problem to fix it, or at least improve it? Ooops! All your officials are lying criminals who embezzled all of the tax money! They can't even fix the potholes in your roads! LMAO!
(t) You've had enough? It's time to expose the truth and call them out?! Sorry! The truth is hate speech! That's a hate crime! You are not allowed to point out the real problems, because the Dems have embedded them racially so it can never be acknowledged!

Obvious to you all but the east coast cities I go to already practice this type of policing. They will recruit anyone with a pulse and they are lazy as shit. Imagine relying on them for backup while you are bleeding... nope nope nope. They will never recruit better talent until they are given their fangs back.
Atlanta will lose their students. The economy there will take a nose dive from lack of tourist. That’s one of the hot spots in the south to shop, but that will end soon.
I always question thug life when I hear this about big cities. The bloods finally understood they are losing their turf. Black southerns don’t have the chain of command of Northern blacks so it’s my opinion that black Atlanta will act a lot quicker against Muslims trying to take their turf.

I fear vigilantism. When law enforcement officers aren't allowed to enforce the law, the citizens will...that would be ugly
GA is decent on gun laws (I think) but you still have to pay for a carry permit and do all the background checks at the sheriff's office.
