I'm a Christian who FULLY appreciates that the Bible is not the verbatim word of God, but inspired by the word of God...
... meaning it's subject to the full range of human error in it's initial record, compilation, translation and interpretation.
This is why I don't necessarily trust the Jewish claims in the Old Testament, especially when they promote remorseless murder, blood magic and claims they are God's chosen master race.
Instead, I follow the teachings and actions of Jesus Christ from the New Testament.
That said, Jesus was forced to walk a fine line to last as long as He did before the Jews tortured and executed Him.
