Arrange group travel. Arrange babysitting. If you are an employer, close business that day if possible. If not, make very sure no worker loses hourly money by taking time to vote. Because the lines will be long. And it will not be fun to stand on line with people who don't agree with you. The tired old, the bored young, the busy mother, may not vote. Work on that.
