Call me crazy but yes I think they knew this was coming, the same way they delayed impeachment because they knew the compelling “whistleblower” was coming. Why is Kerry in Iran every minute? General Salami had deep state puppet written all over him. I think they were going to make this Trump’s Benghazi and hang it around his neck, and attempt to drag him into war in an election year. Would be a massive hit to his campaign promises. But yet again, as if he knew their playbook (he does), just like releasing the Ukraine call, he took out Salami who was planning it. I would’ve loved to see Kerry, Obama, and Pelosi’s faces when word came that Salami was killed.
