Leftists have a fixation with eroding property rights. They're not satisfied till they've invaded, confiscated, and communalized even the home environment.
Randomizing and mandating the sharing of living arrangements with total strangers is the ultimate form of privacy invasion; since it forces everyone to mediate what they say even in their own living space for fear of being reported by one's roommates.
It sounded tin-foil paranoiac when I sold my house in 2010 because I could see this coming, as the US has been drifting further and further leftward. Not so farfetched anymore, though.
Liberals never used to be this way.
They used to be highly critical of political power and anti-war, but within one generation they have become war mongering, open-border communists.
I fear this hasn't happened naturally, but because one foreign nation has taken ownership of Hollywood and mainstream media in every white country... and possibly our powerful politicians and CEOs using MOSSAD linked Epstein-island extortion honeytraps.
I fear we are witnessing a conspiracy by powerful globalist New World Order actors to cripple western civilization using the economic and cultural weapons of mass 3rd world immigration, socialism, gun control and extortion.

Push will come to shove and it will be sooner rather than later. Interested to see what happens when the CA pedes finally have enough of the commie leaders taking away rights and imposing these awful laws and regulations. CA is lost.
Merkel did this in Germany for her beloved moslem migrants. Long time renters were evicted from properties so that the gov't would have space for the million or so moslems they had brought in.
Small towns with empty buildings were destroyed by a huge influx of violent, young males. Laws were also passed to force property owners to rent to these people.
In Sweden there was talk of expropriating vacation homes from owners to house the moslems. I don't know it they carried through with that threat.
One of these homeless shelters/low income housing units went up next to a friend's house. It was and is a nightmare. Drugs, prostitutes, garbage, thugs looking in her windows, threats, etc.
The virtue signaler who built it has a sweet deal where tax payers pay the mortgage and he owns the apartment building once it's paid off.
In an Ideal World the answer to this problem is{to use the NON PC term} "Jewish Lightning" and solve the problem!
There's also plenty of space in the Grand Canyon.
Homeless illegals could be bulldozed into there.
