There's only one reason why Hussein & Co. didn't do what Trump is doing: racketeering. Exactly the sort of thing RICO is for: going after organized crime. And since this was an American enemy, there are treason laws on the books, too.
I hope so, my grand parents went there in the 50s and said it was nice, beautiful gardens, the best tailored modern fashions/ original designs- not knock offs. My Grandmother is convinced that if that country had not fallen in the 1970s, it would be the fashion capital and Paris and Milan would be a close second and third.
