It's good to see that the local level judges support the constitution and the rights provided by it.
Unfortunately, my pessimistic side is saying that we now have to rely on local judges to uphold the constitution.
Just like everywhere else, it depends upon where the request is made. 3 have been granted. Two in Denver "Jefferson County" and one in Fort Collins "Larimer County", both liberal havens.
