Any praying Pedes, I'd appreciate prayer on behalf of my best friend Addie, her husband Jon, and their twin boys, Case and Adler.

This couple are strong, hardworking, Christian, Conservatives and these are their first children.

Her delivery was absolutely fine, and the boys are good sizes and pretty healthy, but they are a month early and their temperature is off, and while Case is doing pretty well, Adler is having breathing trouble and hasn't able to keep any milk down...

So thank you, Patriots in advance! This is a precious family, and will appreciate the support.

Edit: I'm sharing a picture from her public instagram. ❤ https://i.postimg.cc/HWqMhxBR/IMG-1193.jpg

Edit 2: I will update y'all when I can and we deeply appreciate all of your well wishes, advice, stories, and prayers!

I'm sending my prayers out for those babies and your best friend. I hope those little warriors start fighting to get stronger.

our baby came 5 weeks early and we spent 11 days only getting visiting time for feedings while our baby was in NICU. I know to a degree what your friend is going through. all the tubes, light treatment, IVs, and monitors can be scary at first sight on your newborn baby. i can't imagine going through that with two babies at the same time.

pray and trust the nurses and doctors providing care for them. i know they have what it takes to get those babies coming home with mommy and daddy!

Thank you for sharing your story, and I hope your precious child is doing well now!

Yes, that is exactly what they are experiencing right now, and it is hard for them... One baby may possibly be able to come home sooner then the other, it sounds like. And they do have great nurses and doctors, family and friends to strengthen them up!

And all of you great Patriots, your prayers mean a lot! ?

it's rough, but it gave us a sense of duty making sure we were there to get that time in with her when she needed us the most. it's so frustrating because this is supposed to be the time you are bonding with your new child, not having them taken away from you and hooked up to a bunch of equipment.

our daughter lost weight at first, had jaundice, and needed fed through a feeding tube. but she was a little fighter. i burned all the vacation days i had at work and spent every day in that hospital side by side with my woman, and we put everything we had into making sure that little girl knew her parents were there to love and support her.

she's doing great now, doubled in weight and all of our doctor visits since have shown she is doing well. she's still a little small for her age, and is a little behind on some things like fine motor skills, but it's nothing to worry about.

the general rule is that premie babies are given 2 years to catch up developmentally with full term babies. your friends have probably already been informed of that.

i hope the twins are doing better every single day. i know it can be excruciatingly hard to be patient in a situation like this, but it's all one can do. pray, love and support for those little angels. they will make it through this.
