In fact, I had a friend in high school who had exactly this. He didn't go around flaunting it, just dealt with it quietly. At age 25 he made a decision to be gay. No big deal, and he only shared that decisions with friends, he didn't flaunt it on Twitter, or dress like a crazy person and attempt to read books to little kids while they were on his lap. In fact he stays away from kids, which is a reasonably healthy response.

More specifically it's the chromosomes in your reproductive system. You can have chimeras that have both XX and XY. There was a female that gave birth who was 98% XY. Completely phenotypically female because of the XX in her reproductive system.
They don't want their own bathrooms built. They want to force other people to let them use the bathroom they want based on their mental illness and not their biological gender. More deeply, they want society not only to accept them but to also celebrate their mental illness.
Outside of diseases like Klinefelter's syndrome or Turner's syndrome, this is correct. We don't alter our definitions of normalcy based off exceptionally rare conditions or attention-seeking mentally ill individuals.
