About 1/2000 of certain ethnic groups have XXY Chromosomes.
There's no need to completely reshape society around such people. Just like Down's Syndrome, have a little sympathy and maybe we pay a tiny bit more for their mental health care. That's as far as I'm willing to go.
In fact, I had a friend in high school who had exactly this. He didn't go around flaunting it, just dealt with it quietly. At age 25 he made a decision to be gay. No big deal, and he only shared that decisions with friends, he didn't flaunt it on Twitter, or dress like a crazy person and attempt to read books to little kids while they were on his lap. In fact he stays away from kids, which is a reasonably healthy response.
