Outside of diseases like Klinefelter's syndrome or Turner's syndrome, this is correct. We don't alter our definitions of normalcy based off exceptionally rare conditions or attention-seeking mentally ill individuals.

"Transgenders" need treatment to resolve their bizarre thinking to conform to their physical reality, not vice versa.
