I have not read up on it as much as I should have, but I definitely like certain aspects of it:
Legal recourse against LIARS (celebrities, politicians, judges), legal recourse against parasites (worthless people who leach off of us and produce nothing), judicial review and authority over all legislation prior to its being enacted, and punishment for legislators who attempt to pass unconstitutional laws. Punishment for all judges found to violate the constitution in their rulings.
I've seen this pushed by some right wingers as a fix that adds more protections around the current Constitution and resets everything.
I'm curious if people know of this and or have opinions on it. If anything i like the idea of organizing and have an actual plan to re establish the, or a similar constitution.
