in the context of suits against non-Jews with no legal system that recognizes the rights of Jews

First issue: Jews should have the same legal rights as everyone else.

If a Jew thinks he is justified to lie because he's not getting special legal treatment i.e. being treated like "God's chosen people", then that just makes those people liars.

I similarly can't expect strangers to kneel and kiss my ring because I believe I am the Space Pope.

if you can justify the former according to the laws of Israel

Again, the Talmudic quote refers to Jews lying because non-Jews aren't treating them in accordance with their religious laws... which claim Jews are a master race who deserve special treatment.

Once again, my initial translation is true because the Talmud does claim that Jews can lie to non-Jews if they feel justified to do so.

According to the Talmud and your Rabbi, a Jew can lie to get whatever he wants as long as he believes he deserves to take it.

It doesn't matter what sort of flowery frame you put on that picture, it still means the same thing.

I stand by my original Talmudic translation.

Is there anything else you'd like to contribute?

The Babylonian shit you’re trying to push doesn’t actually exist in the Hebrew text. Besides that, I don’t give a fuck about any religion. Neither should you.

I don’t give a fuck about any religion. Neither should you.

You should care about different religions teachings because people act on their beliefs.

For example, Islam teaches that it's good to rape and terrorize non Muslim women and children... which is almost certainly how Sweden became the rape capital of Europe after being flooded with Muslim invaders.

Muslims acting on their pedophile religious teachings also explains how these refugees were central in the rape of at least 19,000 children in Rotherham, England.

Religion matters because people act on their beliefs.

If you’re willing to rape a child it isn’t because some book said it was ok.

Not true, if you believe that book is the morally perfect, verbatim word of god... which is the literal definition of a Muslim.

Similarly, if your religion teaches that your people are a divine master race and all other people are lesser creatures who don't deserve human rights or legal protection and all their possessions belong to Jews (Talmud: Baba Kamma 37b), then this may explain why Jews have historically had so much difficulty integrating productively with other people and why Jews are the most exiled people in human history?

It's difficult to respect other people when you believe you're are a supreme being and everyone else are chattel to be bought and sold and slaughtered for shekels.

Morality is almost always defined by cultural attitudes.

Cultural attitudes are shaped by religious beliefs.

People act on their beliefs.
