Something's wrong. There's too much buzz going on around the internet about crisis actors, bussing in Antifa dressed in MAGA hats, bringing in sniper towers. The left has a plan to manage the Monday rally to their benefit. So you need to outfox and outmaneuver them. Change your plan!
I know some VA organizers, or people who can reach the organizers, must read here, so please do something like this:

Cancel the rally, loudly and publicly, citing concerns about the threat to public safety from government use of force and Antifa. Get that narrative out there. Announce that anyone in Richmond on Monday does not represent you.

Instead change to something else like simultaneous county-level rallies, another city, perhaps a different day. Move your key speakers there so it's clear that's where the rally is.

Use your organizing structure to circulate private messages among your members and use that to do things like:

Have everyone show up in jackets or suits. Everyone. Have members bring extras and set up fitting areas, get everyone suited up. It's hard to sell the message that a mob of people in dress clothes are a public threat.

Enforce credentialing. Don't allow public attendance, just attendance of your members. Make out-of-state visitors show an NRA or other gun group membership to be permitted in, or pass a quick interview about gun culture, etc. Weed out plants.

Decide on a credentialing symbol, like a specific flag sticker, and have everyone who has passed through credentialing given the prearranged symbol to wear.

Live post to the internet to show your numbers on a wide variety of platforms.

Do something to be countable. Have all attendees make a donation to something your opponents hate, like a gun group or (even better) Trump 2020, so the President can talk about how much money the VA dems raised for him and thus amplify your message. Try to get as many individual donations as possible, even if it's just for $1.

Pass out lots of signs like "Hands off guns! Voting Republican in 2020" to connect the numbers to upcoming election results and tell VA leadership they are living on borrowed time and have to move carefully if they want to keep any power in the future.
Turn their plotting into an opportunity and suck the oxygen out of whatever nefarious scheme the left has cooked up.
I'm glad that a lot of Patriots saw the state gov requests for crisis actors, put on their best Democrat/Antifa disguises, and signed up. Having plants inside the plants will make for some truly wondrous Veritas clips. Having 'crisis actors' who then make depositions to honest law enforcement regarding what Northam's goons instructed them and others to do, even better.
Just remember, both sides will have infiltrators, not to mention that all electronic communication, cell phones, etc are compromised by deep state elements. Don't rely on planning secrecy, because there isn't any. Also don't rely on cell phones for organizational command and video recording on the day. If things get even slightly iffy, the State will shut down the cell phone system in that area.
Most importantly "No plan of action ever survives first contact with the enemy." Otoh the Left can't meme - because they are morons & NPCs lacking in intelligence and imagination. Most on Northam's side will be like that, so their ability to pivot and respond creatively to sudden developments will be poor.
Patriot's aim must be to run a huge, peaceful demonstration of pro-gun public support. Left's aim is to turn it into a bloodbath, making Patriots look like violent, gun-toting nutters (and potentially, kill as many Patriots as possible.) Left expects to create a box, with the Patriot demonstration inside, to be manipulated and crushed at will. Patriots need to think outside that box. Several possibilities: bigger box, walk around the box, be elsewhere entirely, etc. Considering that Leftist gun confiscation is unconstitutional and effectively an insurrection against Federal law, ideally the army would show up to crush and recycle the entire nest of boxes. Too bad that's very unlikely.
Don't forget, the MSM are not your friends. They are knowing agents of the Deep State Globalist Left. They are much more your enemy than any state trooper or ignorant riot cop. If things go completely tits-up, choose your targets wisely. Also have your own people assigned to truthful event recording, a job the MSM will not do. For each camera crew, have others assigned to be continually doing backups and replication of camera memory cards in real time, then ensuring that copies make it out of any state-imposed boxes. Football tactics. Everything still inside a box at the end of the day, will be confiscated and never seen again. Just like the 911 videos.
I think Trump will have the US Marshalls and FBI all over this thing.
