Gillette is asshoe.

Besides, they still have access to the minds of boys and men in the school systems. That is where they are putting the resources, souring the minds of kids on the American way of life now that they destroyed it and can point to it while laying blames on American penchant for drugs.

The world is and always has been competitive ...if a generation/group of entitled retards wants to take everything they have for granted, there are long lines of people waiting for the chance to solve their problem.

They get to be seen as martyrs for social justice because of this. They (maybe intentionally) traded money for oppression points.

I don't think it matters. They get the marching orders from higher pay grades, who in turn get theirs from higher pay grades. The CEO are quite adept at finacial innovations like, shutting down companies in this day and age of cost cutting and risk management and when the purpose is served, they part it out and move the resources to a new entity to achieve whatever ends.

Barbasol is super cheap and works well, and double-edged razor blades cost next to nothing. Even before all of their "toxic masculinity" crap, it baffles me that people were spending so much money on their products when cheaper alternatives were available.

Thanks to radiation treatments I only shave half my face now. So they haven't lost as much with me. Barbasol for what's left.

OGTD1 13 points ago +13 / -0

I’m sorry you are going through radiation. God bless you fellow Pede and may you be strong in your fight!

All Proctor and Gamble (P&G) products should be boycotted. Such a despicable multinational corporation!

10
7_17_24 10 points ago +11 / -1

That’s what I’ve been doing, and I’ve used many of their products for decades. I replaced Bounty paper towels and Charmin TP with Costco store brand (they don’t look to be made by P&G), Dawn with Palmolive, Tide with Persil, Bounce dryer sheets with Snuggle, Secret deodorant with Degree. Sometimes the replacement products are made by crap companies too, though (Unilever). But this Honey Badger loves the men in her life, and that Gillette ad really pissed me off.

Kirkland is a good asswipe.

Great alternative to OTT Charmin varieties.

4
muslimporn 4 points ago +4 / -0

We need a boycott app so we can just scan a product.

RMR57 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's a good idea.

The power is all in our hands. If 63 million people or some portion mindfully rid the product hucksters spreading cultural Maoism and worse from their shopping lists and lives, we will turn this putsch right around and destroy it, financially. Soros and his wealthy pals will run out of money eventually, but the taxpayer foreign aid kickbacks plus Cartel kickbacks, will still power our Maoist politicians and their bitches, the RINO's. So now the dirty work, monitoring all polling places for the many irregularities so we can pull down the power structure behind this coup and attempted revolution.

Gillette is dead to me. So is any company that puts SJW causes over customer loyalty and satisfaction. Barbasol is your friend.

The stockholders should sue the CEO and board of directors.

I have no use for a woke men's product company. Haven't bought Gillette products since their man-hating ad aired and doubt I ever will again. I avoid P&G products generally now - plenty of proper toothpastes other than Crest for instance. A boycott doesn't mean much to me though. But I choose who I personally do business with.

3
RedStateRoughneck 3 points ago +3 / -0

Trust me, I haven't forgotten. It's very easy to not buy their stuff.

Maybe they can get a contract to be included at every dilation station on college campuses because they will never be used in my home.

2
touchmystuffIkillyou 2 points ago +2 / -0

Keep it going? You don’t understand, they lost my business for life. Of course it keeps going.

2
BrewSkiMAGA 2 points ago +2 / -0

I've not bought a Gilette product since. Total boycott. BIC Razors here.

2
FirstCitizen 2 points ago +2 / -0

I just have two replacement Gillette blades left, then I can join the boycott. Bought the replacement pack a couple years ago.

Beard style is now "Ming the Merciless" from 1980 Flash Gordon so the blades last a lot longer than with full face shaving.

$8 Billion is not enough of a loss for a company who had tried to influence a prejudice and a hatred against men for being natural men. Sell your health products, rather than causing strife and mental unhealthiness.

2
Hivetyrant36 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don't shave anyways. My beard is awesome.

2
truthforchange 2 points ago +2 / -0

Never used to pay much attention to what razors I buy.

Not I make damn sure they're not Gillette.

2
Warskull 2 points ago +2 / -0

A boycott implies that customers will come back if Gillette makes changes.

People are not boycotting, they are former customers. They have moved on and have no intention of ever returning.

2
DigitalWarrior 2 points ago +2 / -0

I will pass on my disgust of Gillette for generations.

Just today I chose Barbasol shaving cream over Gillette. I didn't realize gillette were still being affected! Great!

I'll be able to avoid buying Galette for the rest of my life. So I'm ok.

Dankdaddy 1 point ago +1 / -0

Recently swapped for a Shick, much nicer!!

1
DocMcCoy 1 point ago +1 / -0

The only thing I regret is, that I never bought Gillette in the first place. Because I liked the Name WILKINSON better than "Gillette". That sounds french and kinda feminine. Dunno.

I never liked them, and I was correct. WIsh we had that million dollar shave club in Germany. I think I'd give THAT a try.

I mean, I've never bought Gillette products anyway... so, winning? I'm constantly amazed by how many boycotts I'm participating in without even knowing about it. Turns out I've been boycotting Nike as well, so bonus points!

Is there a list or something I could compare my non-consumer habits against?

Expert Life Hack /Hint: Always shave down. Never shave up - no upside down razor shaving up. Otherwise you're guaranteed to get ingrown hairs. YW.

Nah you don't want to kill an American company because they had woke people do their advertisement. Also Gilette is probably losing money because of the comeback of straights and safety and because they are too darn expensive.
