"The district attorney’s office did not oppose bond, but said the family of the 13-year-old boy did. According to the office, the boy is in love with Byrapaka and used to sneak out of his home to meet her."

And this is why female predators get away with it so often. Look into Jade Hatt in the UK for an example. She fucks an 11 year old. The judge said she's "immature" and lets her go and the dad says its a notch on the son's bedpost. AND it was forced into review by public referendum and she STILL got away with it. And who was there to protect the 11 year old who said he didn't want to have sex with her at all?

One of these days, young teen boys who are raped by older women will be able to tell their story, and be able to explain to people what sort of damage has been done.

The cycle of abuse -> pervert -> abuse has got to end. Rehabilitation isn't possible. Execution solves the problem right quick.
